● Discuss your and your team’s eligibility with your ZCI and Club Secretary – should your entry be refused an administration fee of $20 per rider will be retained
● Have ready all of the information you will need to enter – this includes your Horse ID information, microchip number (compulsory) and description of markings, PIC number, Zone Chief Instructor details, team member information, volunteer contact details.
● Prior to commencing your entry, check with your ZCI that your team (and each rider) is approved to participate. If a rider or team has not been approved to enter a refund less a $20 administration fee for each rider will be issued. All teams must have 5 approved riders.
Horse ID Forms & Health Declarations Forms are now part of the entry process and are completed at the time of entry as an online form. There are no separate forms to complete.
The association reserves all rights to alter any or all of the programs and conditions without due notice. All competitors compete at their own risk.
